“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”
ACTS 2:42

faith, and serve others. As a leader, you play a vital role in fostering this community.

Life Groups are communities where we experience

together.

TEACHING

Applying scripture
to our lives.

GENEROSITY

Loving one another

and meeting each

other’s needs.

FELLOWSHIP
Building authentic

relationships.

RUNNING THE EVENING

1. Welcome and Catch-Up:

Begin with informal conversation to build connections. Encourage members to share highlights or challenges from their week.

2. Sharing and Reflection

Invite everyone to share how they’re doing, using guiding questions like:
— Is there a need we can address as a group?
— What’s something we can celebrate?
— Is there a specific prayer request?

3. Reflect on the Previous Week

Use the Feeling-Learning-Question (FLQ) approach:
Feeling: How did last week's discussion make you feel? Did it challenge your thinking?
Learning: What was the key takeaway? Has anyone made changes because of it?
Question: Are there any lingering questions?

4. Prayer and Teaching

— Pray together, inviting the Holy Spirit to guide the session.

— Watch the teaching video, pausing to discuss key points and reflect.

5. Discussion and Application

Use the follow-up questions provided in your leader notes to dive deeper into the topic.

6. Close in Prayer

Conclude by praying for any needs shared earlier in the meeting
